This course will develop your coaching abilities as a tool for enhancing leadership effectiveness in your business and is designed to have real practical benefit, to support your success as a leader. You will learn the purpose of coaching and where coaching sits on the continuum of professional development interventions. You will also explore and practice the skills and qualities required to be a successful coach, the coaching process, and the importance of setting goals.
