The primary focus of this course is to help leaders strategically appreciate and apply innovative perspectives and solutions to the numerous challenges and opportunities they face and gain the resulting benefits.
The key leadership skills of being able to think critically, make reasoned judgements and justify decisions that work is the current imperative of great leaders. Of course these skills need to work, not just in theory, but in real life practice.
This course will help leaders make more reasoned decisions and explore ideas relating to more advanced means of viewing contexts, policies, systems, strategies, processes, procedures and practices in ways that may not have previously been considered.
The session aims to improve your understanding of how you and others make decisions and learn techniques to develop your leadership effectiveness in both personal and professional contexts.
The course provides the opportunity to reflect upon your professional practice and your behaviour and effectiveness in a work setting.
